I’ve had a bad few days. I feel fat. For the first time in a while. Actually fat where I want to revert back to bad habits. I skipped dinner yesterday. I lied and said I’d already eaten. It felt good. It’s an addiction. I ate lunch today and literally wanted to cry.

My best friend won’t talk to me because we like the same guy. Won’t even hear what I have to say. Someone that I used to be close with wont talk to me either and neither will her friends. I just feel like I can’t do anything right. Everything makes me want to cry but I don’t cry. Every little thing seems like a billion pounds of weight on my shoulders. I’m going to crack and I don’t know when but it’s going to happen.
